Health - Lifestyle Change Project
We take this opportunity to announce our new project Health and Lifestyle Change which is due to start in May 2010.
The project will be a series of 10 talks and workshops, once a month, where we intend to inform the general public about healthy lifestyle and foods which support health and help to prevent many illnesses or other harm to one's organism. These workshops would include practical advice, and stories from the personal experiences from people and experts from all around the world.
Our aim is to stimulate people to think about their health and to acquire basic knowledge on how the body works, its biochemistry and to learn about the food optimal for our health and digestion.
