Pro Art & Co is committed to respect your privacy and rights with respect to data protection, we comply with UK law and regulations.

We hold and collect certain data information, such as basic identification and/or contact information (names, addresses, e-mails, telephone numbers, photos from the events) on our computer only, with anti-virus protection, accessed by two individuals Vesna Petkovic and Sharon Cantle website technician, with the purpose to communicate with Pro Art.  “Pro Art uses your data to send you information about local events and news relevant to the education and arts sector in the area s well as organised educational travels and visits to heritage sites.

How we share this information: Pro Art may use your photograph for publicity, social media and reporting purposes, or to record our events on the website.

Members and public who gave us consent to use their details  in connection with newsletters, event invitations, as well as to improve your visiting experience to our website and Facebook pages. This information is used in a collective way.

We will not disclose personal information to third parties, or make any use of it, without your explicit consent unless we are required to do so by statute or by an authorised body in the course and for the purpose of an investigation or prevention of crime. Your explicit consent to the holding and use of your personal data is the basis upon which we act.

  • Right to information: your members have right to have a copy of all the personal data you have about them, and to have this corrected if it is wrong
